Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup oat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cup flax or chia eggs (3 tablespoons of flaxmeal or chia seeds mixed with 9 tablespoons water- refrigerate for 10 minutes)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups frozen blueberries (I prefer wild blueberries because they are smaller)

Instructions
- Make flax or chia egg and put in the fridge to set.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet, including flax or chia egg, in another. Combine together and add frozen blueberries.
- Scoop into a greased muffin tin and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
