Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Make flax egg and refrigerate.
  3. Mix yogurt and baking soda and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Cream butter (or applesauce) and sugars together.
  5. Add flax egg and mix, then flour and yogurt mixture alternately.
  6. Add vanilla and salt.
  7. Mix in bananas and chocolate chips.
  8. Pour in a lightly greased muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes.
