Instructions
  1. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl mix together the flax eggs, coconut sugar, soy milk, vanilla and applesauce.
  3. Combine and mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
  4. Add apples and stir.
  5. Spoon mixture into a greased or lined muffin tin.
  6. Mix the crumble ingredients together until they are combines. You can use a fork, your fingers, or a food processor.
  7. Spoon a tbsp of the crumble on top of each muffin.
  8. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Muffins are done when they are golden on top.
